I love Dr. Lee. She is wonderful and the nurses are great too. The office always has something fun and new to try and I like the perks of being a patient there....it's just convenient and that is important to me because I am a busy lady...aren't we all. Anyway Every question I had was answered thoroughly , The staff was friendly and I was completely satisfied with my visit. Thalia They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. -Susie They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.-Charlotte Dr. Karen Lee is an amazing doctor. I wouldn't trust my health or childbirth to any other doctor. She personally delivered both of my children, and treated a personal health risk before it caused any problems! They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment.
